All listed prices (in Euro) are to be understood per room, including breakfast and all taxes.

If may book bed  & breakfast at our hotel. Not consumated services will not be refunded.

 

PETS
We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed at our hotel.

Check-In from 1.00 pm on your day of arrival
Check-Out from 11.00 am on your day of departure 

 

BOOKINGS
In order to secure your reservation, please send a written affirmation to our hotel or your credit card details or a deposit payment on our bank account (see details below).

VALIDITY OF PRICES
With the publishing of new daily prices, all prior prices lose validity. Prices and special offers are subject to alteration without prior notice. 

 

PAYMENT POSSIBILITIES
Payments are accepted via EC-Card (ATM Cards), cash and credit cards (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club). 

 

CANCELLATION
In case of a reservation cancellation the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions are valid. Which means, that within a time period of 30 days prior to your arrival we charge the room price for 3 days. In case of an early departure or late arrival we charge EUR 50,00 empty-bed-cahrge per person and day.
 
RESERVATION OF PARTICULAR ROOMS
We kindly ask you for your understanding, that we can reserve special room categories for you, but not particular rooms or floors.
